Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for how you may use the El Rafdeen Store LLC website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of service, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Illegal activity

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of applicable sanctions laws;
  • Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services;
  • Any activity in violation of local, state, national, or international law.

Fraud and abuse

  • Using stolen payment credentials or fraudulent identification;
  • Providing false information during the ordering process;
  • Reselling credits in violation of any supported platform's terms of service;
  • Filing false chargebacks or disputes.

Circumvention

  • Attempting to circumvent security or verification measures of any supported platform;
  • Using our services to evade account restrictions imposed by any platform;
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional pricing or bypass limits.

Harm to others

  • Any activity that harasses, threatens, or defrauds another person;
  • Use of our services in connection with content that exploits minors in any way;
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

2. Age restriction

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 and older. Any order placed by or on behalf of a minor is void and will not be fulfilled.

3. Compliance with platform terms

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the credits and vouchers we provide complies with the terms of service of the supported platform. We do not endorse or support any use that violates such terms.

4. Enforcement

We monitor orders and may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine, in good faith, that you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Cancel any pending or fulfilled order;
  • Withhold delivery until additional verification is provided;
  • Retain payments related to fraudulent activity pending investigation;
  • Refuse future service;
  • Report the activity to relevant authorities.

5. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is misusing our services, please report it to support@rafdeenstore.net with as much detail as possible.

6. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
