We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, ineligible accounts, or violations of these Terms.
3. Ordering process
Orders are placed by selecting a package tier on the Site and completing payment through our secure checkout. No order is considered final until:
- Payment has been received in full through our payment provider;
- The account identifier you supplied has been validated; and
- Fulfillment has begun and been confirmed.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are final at the time of checkout. Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider that acts as merchant of record where applicable. We do not collect or store payment card details on the Site.
5. Delivery
Delivery is performed manually by our team once payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on volume and platform response times. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, network outages, or force majeure events.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of the Site and our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of service, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
